First established in 2015, Gem; known to her friends as being "the creative one" after being asked to make and design wedding favours for a friends big day decided to dip her toe in the waters and turn her creativity into a business. Word of mouth has been JTG's biggest platform with clients recommending the unique service offered to their friends and family.

With a successful first couple of years trading both online and via a local farmers market JTG expanded its options offering cakes as well as favours.
